DARKNESS ISN´T A DISTANCE

Darkness isn´t a distance. The light shines in the darkness and the darkness has not overcome it, even though in dark times we believe it. Here Larz wants to give the feeling of presence by letting you see a face, but not too clearly. Instead, the focus is on the colors and shades that give a mysterious feeling that comes closer. Rusty worn but warm and vulnerable. There is a Presence of Love and Hope closer than we can think. Larz is experimenting here with mixed aryl and rust to get the right feeling

This is words that Larz used lately because he belives it´s important in times of distance, fear, fake news, polarization. It´s necessary to see och listen with your heart in every question, reflection, knowledges, emotion and meeting in life. It helps us to be touched by greater depths and anticipate that there is more. The basis of existence is Love. We need to reach out to each other. To be alive is to be in constant change.
Here kulture and art is a vital necessity in a functioning society and democracy.

Hopfully the art here touches your heart, through the abstract form of expression, to make us reach deeper than the imaginary.

Painting showing through abstraction that colorful, beautiful emotions are powerful but also can hurt and break you down. Showing the feeling of emtiness in your stomac when you can´t hold it together any longer, being broken. Showing this with some lines and color. And at the same time there is still warm colors, emotions to show on hope. This is not the end.
